This was an absolutely MARVELOUS story (huge kudos and thank you to the author) with exactly the right narrator who did a fantastic job! Although the two main characters are 12 years old and there is some "younger readers" content, it was also full of thoughtful explorations of the good and bad of humanity while being full of rapid-paced action and many thrills! The author and narrator made me care deeply about his characters, figuratively biting my nails as they faced dangers. We use cookies and similar tools that are necessary to enable you to make purchases, to enhance your shopping experiences and to provide our services, as detailed in our Cookie Notice. This book has just the one narrator and no sound effects, and at first I didn't think it would be as good as "Interview," but I actually ended up enjoying this even more. I've started two others by other authors, but they haven't grabbed me yet (I'm still continuing with them). My first was this author's Amazon Original of "Interview With A Robot," and I loved that one, which was a full production with multiple voices and some sound effects, immediately. This is only my 2nd audio book finished (I'm a massive lifetime reader, but new to audio). WOW!!! Wonderful story, perfectly narrated!
